Adoptees in MD that were adopted post 1980 have access to their original birth certificates at age 18. Why do you actively fight PRE 1980 adoptees from having their birth certificates? Mr Brown this position makes you a hypocrite of the highest order and if you do not change your position without a realistic explanation, someone will find out why you hold this position so strongly.
This policy allows special rights for some while denying others the same basic
human right. It is time to come clean on this Mr Brown.
